Blue Box The Blue Box is a practical, plastic case filled with machine parts which combat wear-and-tear. The contents of the case varies per machine and is entirely attuned to the client's needs.

Blue shop WP Haton clients can order parts online via an Internet application. The web shop is open  24-7, and guarantees fast delivery.

Blue net A complete documentation centre is available to clients on the WP Haton website, via a personal log-in code. Technical queries can be made and answered, and (maintenance) manuals and specifications can be requested 24-7.

Blue control Using ICT connections WP Haton can explain machines included in its Blue Value network, and can assess their performance. Faults can be evaluated remotely, which often results in quick solutions without an engineer having to be sent out.

Blue cam Machine evaluation can also occur visually within the Blue Value concept via a webcam. An expert can assess a machine's condition remotely and can find solutions to the fault as well as provide servicing and programming tips.

Blue maintenance To provide clients with a bespoke maintenance package WP Haton has introduced a five stage package. This allows clients to opt for a service level which matches their unique needs.
