PRODUCT: THE FLIP-FLAP MOULDER COMBI IV
The Combi IV has a unique principle for processing various yeast doughs. The machine can sheet very thin and produce long dough pieces during the degassing of the dough. After degassing in 2 sets of rollers the dough is turned 180 degrees! The end of the dough piece is now the front part and in the final 3rd set of sheeting rollers the dough is again sheeted the opposite way. Consequently, the dough piece is very even in texture, with a good distribution of the moist, consistent, and long/narrow ideal for many windings and a very fine texture!

APPLICATION
The Combi IV is developed for the use in medium sized to large capacity sized industrial bread make up lines. The machine can process various wheat doughs especially long proofed doughs up to 50 minutes in the intermediate proofer. The machine can be integrated easily in any system and is of a sturdy and proven modular design using the same moulding table and options from the other WP Haton moulders.

PRODUCT: THE PARTA U FAMILY
The Parta U is a classic dough divider for dividing yeast bulk doughs in precise portions from 110 – 2800 gr with a capacity up to 4500 pcs/h. The design is timeless. Since 1973 thousands of machines are being built and used all over the world. The machine has a unique dividing mechanism with a rotary dividing mechanism resulting in higher speeds, wider dough weight range, easy operation and cleaning. The machine can be supplied as a single, double, or triple piston divider. Also, the machine can be used with a dough piece discharge conveyor or a panning conveyor for direct drop of the dough in the pans. Sturdy, solid, reliable, friendly, accurate and unique.

APPLICATION
Parta U dividers can be used for nearly all common doughs from stiff to very liquid (batter doughs). The weight range is large as well as the dividing speed. The machine can be positioned in nearly any bread line or used as an individual dividing unit. The Parta U machine can fill pans directly or drop the dough pieces on a conveyor belt that can be rolled out for cleaning.

PRODUCT: VOLUMINATOR
The Voluminator is a hydraulic unit dividing device installed on dough dividers of WP Haton. The unit is an integral part of the mechanical and electronic functions of the dough divider. The Voluminator is in constant control of the dividing process and can be programmed for each recipe and thus very operator friendly. The dough stays intact during the dividing process when the bulk dough is divided in very precise portions.

APPLICATION
Dough dividers of the series 300 and 700 can be equipped with the Voluminator. Thus, these dividers can be used for both all classic doughs with a high weight accuracy as well as for (very)sensitive doughs where the dough friendly dividing is decisive. Doughs with a long pre fermentation time, sensitive doughs, high water absorption doughs and other difficult doughs can be divided gently with still a high and acceptable weight accuracy which is much higher than in any other system. The Voluminator guarantees that the original texture of the dough stays intact.

PRODUCT: THE DOUGH FLOW ZIPPER ZIP2ONE
The B 300 GV is a dough divider which was developed for the use in automatic baguette and various other make up lines. The new version is a twin piston with 2 parallel discharge conveyors feeding a centring belt that converts the 2 lines in one straight lane to the further downstream equipment for further processing. This unit is the Zip2One centring unit.

APPLICATION
The B 300 GV is a so-called high-speed divider running up to 50 str/min and producing up to 6000 dough pieces per hour in the twin piston version. All common doughs from stiff to soft, as well as cold doughs, pre-fermented doughs and all other rustic doughs are divided dough friendly and accurately.

PRODUCT: CROSS MOULDING STATION
The Cross Moulding Station is a top moulder that is positioned in a 90-degree angle to the sheeter head of a moulding machine. The dough pieces are after being relaxed on a conveyor or in an intermediate proofer conveyed as round dough pieces and pre moulded towards a rectangular shape. After this process step the dough pieces is dropped 90 degree on the infeed conveyor of the moulder.

APPLICATION
The unit is used in automatic bread lines in front of WP Haton BM type moulders in order to create a dough piece that has more curls because of the way it is fed in the moulder. Also, products that need a narrow mould can processed easily without the necessity to narrow them down later in the process with pressure.

PRODUCT: GRADUAL PROGRESSIVE SHEETING
The GPS is integrated in WP Haton industrial sheeting/moulding machines of the type BM 4-80. Each of the 4 sheeter rollers are equipped with servo drives enabling to adjust the speed on each roller pair. This results in a progressive sheeting action. The dough piece can therefore be sheeted as wished: as a pancake or as a long rectangular dough piece.

Industrial bread lines with high capacities < 5000 pcs per long moulder. The machine can be used for most of the doughs such as Chorleywood doughs, pre-fermented doughs, sponge doughs. The machine processes soft and stiffer doughs without any hesitation.

V 900 SR

PRODUCT: V 900 SR
High-speed heavy-duty bread divider. The machine has a drive with camb disc and crank shaft for the various precise movements of main piston and knife and back slide. The filling of the pistons is done in a standstill mode of the back slide enabling to fill all the pistons 100%. The dividing unit is made of a special material and is sour resistant.
APPLICATION
The V 900 SR is very successful in high speed production lines due to the robust construction, high weight accuracy, long machine life and the use of various types of doughs with aggressive ingredients such as sugar, sour, raisins, who can limit the lifetime of the dividing unit and can therefore have a negative impact on the weight accuracy.
