Performance, maximum benefits and modular options
Principle:
The dough pieces are fed to the moulder by means of an infeed conveyor with centring rollers and pinning roller and sheeted by two pairs of sheeting rollers with adjustable openings.
Following this, the dough pieces are tipped over and sheeted by a third pair of sheeting rollers.
Then the dough pieces are rolled up by a driven stainless steel, curling net and moulded by an in height adjustable pressure board with adjustable side guides.
By tipping the dough pieces over, the water in the backside of the dough pieces will be transferred to the front side and therefore stay in the centre of the dough piece
when it has been rolled up under the curling chain.
This will have a positive effect on the freshness duration of the product.
Furthermore, the short resting period between the 2nd and 3rd pair of sheeting rollers
will reduce the tension inside the dough pieces.
