Static intermediate dough proofer for round and for pre-moulded oblong dough pieces in pockets or trays

The AF 2002 dough proofer is especially suitable for soft and pre-fermented doughs with a long floor time. All types of most common doughs can also be handled easily.

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle:

The proofer AF 2002 is especially developed to have the dough pieces rested or proofed fully automatic without turning. The self -thinking photocell-controlled infeed belt feeds the dough pieces via a V-depositing conveyor into the proofer.

The proofer runs intermitted, step by step. When the dough pieces have completed the full cycle, the dough pieces are dropped on the discharge conveyor and brought to the moulder
or conical rounder.
