This industrial intermediate dough proofer is suitable for all types of wheat- and mixed rye dough with a rye content up to 30%.

BASIC EXECUTION:

  • Dual infeed, one V-step belt controlled by photocell and pneumatically operated 2-way flipper gate, capacity max. 3,600 pcs/h
  • Infeed by one 2-belt V-step belt with pallet infeed system (4 or 12 rows), capacity max. 5,000 pcs/h. Out-feed possible on 12 rows. Pneumatically timing flap with levers for 12 out-feeds

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle one V-step belt with 2-way flipper gate:

BIP 72 proofers are developed to obtain a fully automatic resting/proving process between rounder and moulder. The “self-thinking” photocell-controlled V-step belt with 2-way flipper gate feeds the dough pieces directly from the rounder into the proofer pockets.
The V-step belt feeds them alternatively into the 1st and 2nd row of the proofer.

This system ensures that only 1 dough piece per pocket will be fed, even if the dough pieces do not arrive continuously. The proofer runs continuously and 2% faster than the divider. When the dough pieces have completed one cycle, the transfer box up in the proofer brings them to the next row: the dough pieces from row 1 to row 3 and row 2 to row 4. When the dough pieces have completed all rows, the transfer box brings them from the last row through a discharge chute or a discharge conveyor (option) to the moulder or final rounder.

When the 12 baskets of the pallet infeed have been filled, the baskets will be opened, and the 12 dough pieces are fed through short chutes into the 12 pockets of the proofer.

This system ensures that only 1 dough piece per pocket will be fed, even if the dough pieces do not arrive continuously. The proofer runs continuously and approx. 2% faster than the divider. When the dough pieces have completed all rows, the transfer box brings them from the last row through a discharge chute or a discharge conveyor (option) to the moulder or final rounder.

The two “self-thinking” photocell controlled 2-belt V-steps belts (one on each side of the tray) position the dough pieces in the baskets of the pallet infeed. When the 12 baskets of the pallet infeed have been filled, the baskets will be opened, and the 12 dough pieces are fed through short chutes into the 12 pockets of the proofer.

This system ensures that only 1 dough piece per pocket will be fed, even if the dough pieces do not arrive continuously. The proofer runs continuously and approx. 2% faster than the divider. When the dough pieces have completed all rows, the transfer box brings them from the last row through a discharge chute or a discharge conveyor (option) to the moulder or final rounder.
