The dough pieces in the CleanImProofer are moved through the proofer in swings while constantly remaining in the same swing.

During the proofing process, the dough pieces are rocked and will roll from one side to the other. As the dough pieces are continuously moving smoothly, the dough does not stick in the swing. The result is a stretchy and relaxed dough that is very easy to process. Due to the practical and solid design of the CleanImProofer, the construction is less prone to failure and the stainless steel parts guarantee a long service life.
