Weighs each dough piece very accurately and measures the deviation from the given exact weight

The OCS weighs each dough piece very accurately on a scaling conveyor and measures with its statistic program the deviation from the given exact weight.
Products weighed higher or lower will be ejected with a high-speed power air blast ejecting device.

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle:

The weight of the dough pieces is measured on the weighing belt and the average weight of a pre-determined number of dough pieces is calculated.
This average weight will be compared with the weight set on the divider and the deviation will be automatically corrected on the divider in case the divider is equipped
with a Servo weight adjustment.
