The dough pieces are sheeted by the first pair of sheeting rollers. Then the dough pieces are folded by folding blades. These blades determine the length, model and structure of the dough piece and can be used depending on type of dough.

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle:

The dough pieces are fed by the hopper on top of the moulder or by the infeed conveyor with centring rollers (option). The dough pieces are sheeted by the first pair of sheeting rollers. Then the dough pieces are folded by folding blades.

These blades determine the length, model and structure of the dough piece and can be used depending on the type of dough.

Afterwards the dough pieces are sheeted a second time between the drum and the 2nd sheeting roller which is spring mounted.

Following this, the dough pieces are winded under the stainless steel, curling chain and moulded by the pressure board (adjustable in height) with adjustable, Teflon coated side guides.

Finally, the dough pieces are deposited on the catch tray at the discharge end of the machine.
