This long moulder is suitable for the production of various breads made of wheat, rye doughs (< 60%) of rye, multigrain and whole wheat.

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle:

The dough pieces are fed to the machine and sheeted by the roller pair. The opening between these rollers is adjustable.

Then the dough pieces arrive at the curling station to be rolled up, after which they are moulded by the pressure board which is adjustable in height and equipped with adjustable side guides.

Finally, the dough pieces are transferred to a catch tray, a resting conveyor, or a panning conveyor.
