This industrial long moulder is suitable for wheat doughs and mixed rye-wheat doughs​
with rye contents up to max. 30 %.

BASIC EXECUTION:
- coating, opening adjustable between 2 and 20 mm.
- Second pair of sheeting rollers (PTFE) width 178 mm, with flanges and scrapers with Teflon coating, opening adjustable between 2 and 20 mm.

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options
Principle:
The dough pieces are fed to the moulder by means of an infeed conveyor with centring rollers andÂ
pinning roller and sheeted by two pairs of sheeting rollers with adjustable openings.Â
Following this, the dough pieces are tipped over and sheeted by a third pair of sheeting rollers.Â
Then the dough pieces are rolled up by a driven stainless steel, curling net and moulded by an inÂ
height adjustable pressure board with adjustable side guides.Â
By tipping the dough pieces over, the water in the backside of the dough pieces will be transferred toÂ
the front side and therefore stay in the centre of the dough piece when it has been rolled up underÂ
the curling chain.Â
This will have a positive effect on the freshness duration of the product. Furthermore, the shortÂ
resting period between the 2nd and 3rd pair of sheeting rollers will reduce the tension inside theÂ
dough pieces.
