Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle:

The dough pieces are fed to the machine by the infeed conveyor with centring rollers. The dough pieces are sheeted by the 1st roller pair. The opening between these rollers is adjustable. When fully opened these rollers can also be used as conveying rollers for the production of round loaves and rye doughs.

Behind the 1st pair of rollers two flattening rollers are mounted, which can also be fully opened. Then the dough pieces arrive at the curling station to be rolled up, after which they are moulded by the pressure board which is adjustable in height and equipped with adjustable side guides. Finally, the dough pieces are transferred to a catch tray, a resting conveyor or a panning conveyor.
