BASIC EXECUTION:

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle:
The dough piece coming from the divider is being transferred by a step belt into the proofer. The proofer runs continuously.

After the dough pieces have completed their full cycle, the pockets are tipped over and the dough pieces are put on the discharge conveyor.
