This dough rounder is suitable for many common dough types, such as wheat, wheat/rye, multigrain and whole wheat doughs.

Performance, maximum benefits and modular options

Principle:

The dough pieces are being taken over by the rotating cylinder/cone and shaped into round dough pieces by the specially shaped tracks.

Very high precision between tracks and cylinder/cone because of machine-made tracks, which results in a minimum of dough crumbs.
