Each dough piece is individually weighed on the scaling conveyor of the Checkweigher. The deviation from the given weight is measured and if necessary, a weight correction is transmitted to the connected divider. This ensures the weight range of the volumetric divider to stay within a given range. Dough pieces with a weight outside of the set range will be ejected with the use of a high-speed power air blast ejecting device.
