Service requirements and conditions WP Haton
1. General
1.1. Time and price are based a continuous intervention, non-phased, with no interruptions between activities. Delays, if not caused by WP Haton, will be the responsibility of the customer. Any cost for an additional visit resulting from this delay will be charged separately.
1.2. Intervention price include, if not stated otherwise:
- Traveling cost, incl. mileage, traveling hours, tickets, etc.;
- Working hours;
- Lodging and daily expenses of technician;
- Local transportation;
- Hotel accommodation is based on first class hotel (European standard).
1.3. Price is based on regular weekday hours.
1.4. Job site should be accessible 12 hours/day, 6 days/week.
2. Not included in quote:
2.1. Unloading of the machines/parts as well the required power equipment for unloading, such as forklift truck, cranes, pump truck, etc.;
2.2. Electrical main hook ups from main box to control panel and necessary fuses;
2.3. Utility hook ups to the equipment, such as water, oil, compressed air, steam, gas, etc., if applicable;
2.4. Building modifications such as, roof, wall and floor penetrations, condense drainage, etc.;
2.5. Local permits and inspections and the cost associated with these permits and inspections;
2.6. Local inspection and /or certification of gas burning equipment;
2.7. On site transportation and rigging equipment (forklift truck, pump truck, hoists), ladders and/or step ladders for the duration of the installation;
2.8. Moving, changing, modifying or integration of existing equipment or structures.
3. To be supplied by customer:
3.1. If so agreed, required local help to be qualified millwrights, with sufficient knowledge of the English or German language and their own hand tools;
3.2. Sufficient test dough (on request) to test, adjust and commission the equipment;
3.3. Adequate lighting, electrical outlets, heating and sanitary facilities;
3.4. Trash removal;
3.5. Lockable storage space for tools and other items;
3.6. If the WP Haton technician needs to work on existing equipment, customer makes sure there is no production planned on this equipment during the agreed timeframe and customer makes sure the equipment that needs to be worked on is clean.
